  1. Thank you SO much for this post - I was about to pay nearly $40 for the competition when your post showed me a better way.

    After I do my backup, I plan to use EASEUS free partition manager to see if I can do what my local computer tech company says “cannot be done…” and wanted $110 more of my money to format the new HD they installed and create a single partition.

    As it copied over now, my C drive is jam-full and the D drive has over 300GB of free space. This is not acceptable for everyday use at all…

    Since it’s Vista, it might be a bit of a challenge, but if it works - yippee. I will let you know later today, so the information can help others choose the best routes for themselves.
