Printer is a device that connected to the computer or network port, it can be share among all the internal network computer that has been configured with the print server. But sometime is hard for the users who carry laptop due to they may go anyplace they want by bring along with their computer. When there is customer or colleague call up and chase for any important documents, they may have difficulty to pass them the documents. As what the mobile users can do just send email and attached with the document, but anyhow is good idea if they need hard copy. To make mobile user life easy, they now can use the PrintShare.

PrintShare is a tool that will allow users to send it across the network to one of the printer owners (you may not have a printer at all). The owner could be anywhere. Well, anywhere where there is the Internet. But the users and the printer owner both must install the PrintShare in their computer so that they can communicate to each others. When the print job is done, users will get a notification.

Below is the 10 reason why we need PrintShare

• I want to ensure the documents are printed and not just received
• I don’t want to send (email) electronic copies of the documents
• My recipient does not have the application to open my document
• I want to print paper photos on my relatives’ printer
• I want to ensure the documents are printed only on a specific printer
• I want to print directly from my applications as if it were on my local printer
• Microsoft printer sharing on my home network doesn’t seem to work for me
• The document is too big to print locally and fax (and I want to save paper!)
• Fax quality is not enough, international fax calls are expensive.
• I want to print now. For free!

Currently PrintShare are not yet fully Vista compatible and for those who still want use PrintShare on Windows Vista, they must turn off the User Account Control (UAC).
