Browser is the tool that uses to browse website and by default it should come with Windows when installed on the computer. For some reason some of the company will try to hide the browser, disable or uninstall the browser so that their staff cannot browse any website. This is only can apply for the users who do not well know of how browser works, but is not easy to prevent for users who have IT background due to there can reinstall the browser or re-enable back as long they know how it work. The problem is users no have permission on that computer and therefore they cannot do much unless they using portable software. Beside this, there still a way to browse website provided the computer have internet access.
There is no additional software needed for user to browse website even IE, Firefox or any browser was uninstalled from the computer. Before start browsing, users have to launch a notepad, calculator or sound recorder. Users just have to click on Help and select Help Topics, and users just have to left-click on the icon in the top left corner which opens a menu with the option to Jump to Url as below.
Then users just have to type full web address (like http://www.xfutureblog.com) into the Jump to this URL: field. Hope this help and happy browsing.
