How to Configure Video as Screen Saver in Windows XP

Windows screen saver will activate when in idle mode, but some of users will use some photo, animation, 3D picture as the screen saver. Beside that, some of them will use the movie poster to be the screen saver. Is that good if the we can use some video clip as the screen saver when the computer in idle mode? Here the good news, with Windows XP Screen Saver Power Toy users can use video as the screen saver.

Windows XP Screen Saver Power Toy is the plug-in that user can get in at WMPlugin, is free for anyone who need it. But Windows Media Player 9 is required so that the video screen saver can be run on that computer. With this tool, users now can play their favorite video that created by using movie maker 2 and set it as the screen saver in their computer. The above picture is the screen of the screen saver setting page, users just have to select which video file to be play.

Beside configure the video as screen saver, users also can configure the video to repeat by configure the loop forever, mute audio on playback or random play. Is good idea for users to use it when in their computer in idle mode, so that users will aware that their computer are in idle mode.
