Most of the time laptop’s users need to change and configure their laptop network setting base on different place, location, office or company. This happen is because of different IP setting was set by the network administrator of that office or company due to the security or piracy issue. So this will become a problem for user to set or configure their laptop network netting when they don’t know the IP setting for that office, unless the office or company are using Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) for the IP setting. Then the laptop can easily get an IP from the DHCP server. But sometime users will headache due to the different network setting they have to remember at different place, location, office or company. Now with Net Profiles, laptop’s users can easily change the network setting with one click base on different place, location, office or company.
Net Profiles is free software that will allow users to easily switch their network setting by activate the network setting profiles. Users just have to activate the network profiles they want base on the network setting they have set into the profiles. So with Net Profiles, users may create many network profiles base on the network setting they need for them to switch their laptop’s network setting at different location.
Currently support in Windows XP and above but I have tested Net Profiles in Microsoft Vista and were working fine, so for who are need this free software they may get it here and install in their laptop or desktop.
