Customize Instant Messenger for Website Communication
From my previous post, I have introduced some of the chatting tools or chatting creator for website or blog. But all of them are with limited service as visitor cannot leave offline message, visitor will not knowing that owner is online and etc. Every time I have to go back to the particular post or article where embedded with the chatting tools, and check is there any questions or comments from visitor. This entire step it’s wasting my time to check it.
But anyway, Plugoo is another online chatting tools that allow users chat with their visitor even users are online or offline. Actually Plugoo will request users to provide one of the Instant Messenger (Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, AIM, GoogleTalk, Jabber or ICQ) information, and then Plugoo will generate some code for users paste within their website. After that, Plugoo will enable users to chat directly from the Instant Messenger with any visitor of their blog, personal webpage or e-sales site. Users can receive in real time all the comments of the visitors or any question they might ask, and answer instantly.
Below are the list of features of Plugoo
- Enables users to chat directly from your Instant Messenger with any visitor
- Visitors on users webpage can see users status on your Plugoo : “onlineâ€, “busy†or “offlineâ€.
- Users will receive the offline message at next login on uers Instant Messenger or by email
- At the moment, Plugoo offers users to chat with one single visitor.
- Conversations are strictly private.
