Box.net is useful online file storage for users, but the bad news is box.net not offer any free account for users anymore. That mean users need pay $10 per year for the basic package where come with 1GB storage space.

Anyway there is an alternative way to get the free Box.net account through Goowy. Below are the steps on how to get the Box.net free account through Goowy.

1. Get a free Goowy account and login to Goowy.
2. Click view your files under File Storage after login to Goowy.
3. Enter your password and press Create Account button.
4. Once you saw the below image, that mean your Box.net account been created.
5. Click on Sign In to access your virtual storage. Beside that, users are able to access Box.net by login with Goowy account (username@goowy.com).
